Corporate Memory Module

Corporate Memory is an Institutional Repository database that keeps all the tacit and explicit knowledge from UiTM library staff. At the moment this service is available for UiTM Library staff only. 

Corporate Memory is also a place for the librarian to manage their official documentation where users can upload, download, update the documents. The documents are categorised into multiple category that is similar to UiTM’s document category structure.

The entire official document related to the library activities such as:

• Department policy, 

• ISO document, 

• Presentation slide and etc.

There are 3 types of documents that a user can view: 

• Public (view for UiTM Library Staff only) 

• Department (view for selected person within the department only) 

• Restricted (view for selected person only)

The Corporate Memory will support all type of documents format such as PDF, JPEG, AVI, MP3 and etc. 

Eventually the Corporate Memory will be the most effective tools for the library users to share and preserve their knowledge for the sake of the UiTM Library Institutional Repository.
